Online Class

  1. Choose the course on the course page and subscribe to either 8 or 20 lessons.
  2. Choose your method of payment: credit card or PayPal. For WeChat (Weixin) payment, please add and contact us on our WeChat.
  3. Complete the secure checkout.
  4. When the payment is done, you will be redirected to our enrollment and booking page.

8-lesson course renews every month.

20-lesson course renews every 3 months.

You can only book a class when you purchase any of our course subscription. You will be automatically redirected to our booking calendar once payment is successful.

For Chinese clients living in mainland China, we use Zhumu.

From other countries, we use Zoom.

Please download the app on your computer or iPad prior to your first class.

There are two options:

1. When you book your trial class, an e-mail confirmation is sent to your registered email address. Enclosed is the link with your unique meeting ID. Click the link for an automatic download.

2. Click the following links to download:  Zoom or Zhumu. Follow the instructions of installation.

Your meeting ID is a unique 9-digit meeting number associated with a scheduled (meeting) class. It will be sent to your email address prior to your class.

You will use your meeting ID each time you attend an online class.

You will receive an email once you make bookings. Attached in the email is a link to join the class.

If you are using Zoom, you can reply or make changes of your appointment from the link sent to your email.

Yes, you will receive and email from us a day in advanc  and an SMS text message 30 minutes before your appointment.

Price and payment

Each course is designed for 8  or 20 lessons.

8-lesson course starts at 128 USD (for a month).
20-lesson course starts at 304 USD (for 3 months) at 5% discount rate.

You can pay via your PayPal account or your credit / debit cards.

For WeChat payment, please click here and scan the QR code.

Once you start your first lesson, after the trial class, all course is NON-refundable and NON-transferable.

Should you wish to cancel your course subscription after your current course subscription, please contact us before it expires.

Yes, we’ll send you an email or chat message in advanced. Your course subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled.

Equipment and Technical Problems

You may use an iPad or a computer with a webcam and a headset with earphones and a microphone.

You will need a fast and stable internet connection in order to have good quality video and audio.

Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule the class if you have technical problems. However, if the problem is on our side, the lesson will be rescheduled.

If you arrive late, you will lose that time. Our teacher/s will always wait for 20 minutes, if you do not arrive after 20 minutes, you will be charged for the lesson.

Booking Schedule

No. Lessons should be booked at least 24 hours in advance, to guarantee a high quality lessons and a convenient lesson time for you.

Lessons can be rescheduled more than 12 hours before the start of the lesson. If it is less than 12 hours you will be charged the full price.

If you do not reschedule or cancel and you do not arrive for the lesson, you will be charged the full price.

It automatically adjusts to your timezone.

Go to our booking calendar, find your booked lesson and hit cancel.
